The Arc of Erie

Background:

The Arc is the world’s largest community based organization of and for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It provides an array of services and support for families and individuals and includes over 140,000 members affiliated through more than 850 state and local chapters across the nation.

Challenges:

Updates.   This site hosts events often and the users have no knowledge of web design or any kind of coding.  The ladies are between 40 and 80 and need to continue to update their website.   The solution was to set up the page in Drupal and add the event module, which is great for updating the page when they need.  Events can be added and show up on the homepage as well as the calendar, so the functionality is ideal for the ladies.
