Webpage
United Church of God - Cincinnati East, Ohio
Background:
The United Church of God has congregations all over the United States. Each site had a different look and feel depending on who created the site. The idea was to give each site a unified look and feel while giving some central content that is featured on each site. The solution was a Drupal multisite install where the theme remains the same as the other sites but the database changes depending on subdomains. Each city is subdomained under the main domain: http://www.ucg.org
Challenges:
Picadilly Interiors
Background:
Picadilly Interiors do window treatments and interior decorating. They are located in State College, PA. The customer is just branching out into the web and wanted a relatively inexpensive and quick solution to get the site online with as little pain as possible.
Challenges:
The site needed to be up FAST. I used a content ready site I had produced earlier and customized the site to the customer's needs. The site was up 3 days after I received the content and Picadilly Interiors is now online!

Good and Associates

Good and Associates needed a web presence after being in the ad industry for many years. They were one of the premier ad agencies in the Washington area and created the first Washington Redskins pregame show.
Challenges:
Good and Associates needed to create a professional and imaginative web presence. After many revisions (example) the design was finalized.
Website:
Camp Heritage
Background:
Camp Heritage is a Christian youth camp in Farmington, PA, run by the United Church of God. Activities highlight a focus on character building, strenghtening friendships, and creating a safe environment for adolescents to grow.
Challenges:
The site was created in Drupal to allow multiple users to update the information on the site. FCKeditor was installed to allow for easy file and picture uploads. Brown and green hues evoke the woodsy, natural feel of the camp environment.

Partnership Erie
The Arc of Erie

Background:
The Arc is the world’s largest community based organization of and for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It provides an array of services and support for families and individuals and includes over 140,000 members affiliated through more than 850 state and local chapters across the nation.
Black School of Business
Background:
The Black School of Business is the business school of the Penn State Erie campus. Penn State Behrend has around 3,500 full time students enrolled and was established in 1948.
Challenges:
The main challenge for this site was working inside the template page for the overall Behrend page. I was only to make the school of business page and a short flash document. The page was to be put inside their existing template, which is the top and side links. This brought up many issues that needed to be worked around.
Frazier Foundation
Background:
Former heavyweight champ Joe Frazier has a non-profit organization to mentor and teach children through boxing and other challenging activities. Their goal is to produce "Life Champions" through these programs that are designed for urban youth.
Challenges:
I used javascript rather than flash for the rotating photograph portion of the site. Javascript is more accessible for the average user, and loads faster and more efficiently.
I drew my inspiration for the colors of the site from boxing gloves: burgundy and gray.
